The Human and Industrial relations Practice Group assist clients on labour related matters in order to aid compliance with all applicable labour and social security regulations. The team regularly drafts and reviews employment contracts, and companies’ internal policies and regulations. The Practice Group regularly assist clients on negotiating collective bargaining agreements with unions, workforce structuring, and employment related litigation. The Practice Group also advises clients on issues relating to human resources, such as overseeing disciplinary actions and dismissal of employees in order to minimize the risk of wrongful and unlawful dismissal suits.
