Abimbola Adekoya is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial and government and public sector relations of the Firm.  She is passionate about business and adopts a creative, innovative and industry perspective method in proffering tailored business solutions to clients.

Abimbola has extensive experience in corporate commercial practice where she provides general legal advisory on law and policy affecting operation of businesses, corporate finance, due diligence for investment company, corporate governance and compliance and Technology. Abimbola adopts a balanced approach in structuring corporate and commercial transactions and demonstrates diligence in providing a well-researched and broad based advice to clients.

Abimbola was instrumental to the team that advised on a 59 Billion Naira (162,973,812 Million USD) medium term notes issuance for the financing of a public private partnership projects in a state in Nigeria. She also advised a multi-national renewable energy company that provides solar-powered off grid electricity in Lagos State with respect to a million dollar hybrid investment (debt and Equity) by a leading investment company.

Abimbola holds a certification in Management Consulting from the Edubridge Academy, DCSL Certification in Company Secretarial and Corporate governance and the Nigerian Institute of Management proficiency certificate in Management. She is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Nigerian Bar Association and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centre.
